hey Mike. i think you could also use your Phone internet as a third backup solution for your Desktop, just open a hotspot with one click on your mobile device and connect through wifi to it, for the unlikely case this does happen again.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I have disabled all comments on YouTube videos. This is because the comments were very rarely used by genuine users. Instead, I get about 100 new comments a day that are spam, get rich quick crap. Disabling comments across the board is my solution to not deal with that any more -- besides, people can comment on futures.io (formerly BMT) directly in the webinar thread.
A minor change regarding outbound SMTP mail via our relay (Mandrill) regarding SSL security. There should be zero impact, but I am logging it here in case I am wrong.
A minor security change I made about 1 hour ago resulted in people not being able to upload images to the forum for the last hour. My fault, and fixed now.

I doubt this has anything to do with you, but just wanted to let you know that when I checked my yahoo email this morning, my mobile app showed 3 emails from futures.io (formerly BMT) but a desktop chrome browser only showed 1 of the three.
Probably something crazy yahoo are doing, but trying to contact their tech support is truely impossible so can't even raise it with them. Just mentioned it in case people start claiming they are not getting email notifications through Yahoo.
Just be sure to mark futures.io (formerly BMT) as 'not spam' any time it shows up in your spam folder. There is nothing more I can do, we already use SPF, DKIM, X-Unsubscribe headers, and use a paid commercial third party to deliver our mail that has one of the strongest reputations in the industry.
There was a remnant problem from this that was just discovered today, and hopefully fixed today. The problem would have prevented people from downloading larger attachments from futures.io (formerly BMT) in the last week.
If anyone continues to have issues please report them immediately.
