You've touched on some of issues that make the TT platform more user friendly.
In the X_TRADER infrastructure, we rely on our FCM partners to manage much of the resources tied to your questions. With the TT platform, we manage all of the front through back end infrastructure which makes it easier for you to get set up and also helps you manage costs as the TT pricing is clearly defined.
"How can I get an access to your colocated h/w in Eurex to run TTSDK C/Linux apps ?
Any monthly fees from h/w side ?
Any monthly fees in addition to AMP Futures commissions ?"

in TT web platform, I have only taken a trial so it is sim data but there appears to be a serious flaw with the tick value increments for ES options. ES options are priced at .05 tick increments only for those options priced under 5.00, everything else is priced in .25 increments. Since yours are priced in .05 increments all the way up, there are 4 dead tick zones between each tradeable price. I have marked the tradeable prices on the right side dom in the pic.
Also when searching for an options strike such as EW4 2140 puts the options that come up are completely random order as far as I can tell, 2120 puts then 1570 calls then 2900 puts etc.
Hello @Japhro. We are aware of the tick table issue with some options contacts and are working to resolve this issue. The same goes for the weekly ES options. Their naming convention is irregular and we're making some changes to improve our search functionality for finding these contracts.

so that's a Put, end of week 4, V for october, 16 for 2016, 2140 for strike
If you create a naming convention like this or similar then all anyone has to do is instead of searching through a number of pages for the right strike they can easily just type in the string and the relevant strike pops up
Thanks. We're fully aware of the naming convention and how it comes across from the exchange, we just haven't adjusted for it yet. That is in the works and is in fact a very high level priority for resolution at this time.

You guys are not the only ones, on Motivewave platform they have 1 cent tick increments for all options, so their top of the line $1600 USD platform has 24 useless tick intervals between each tradeable price, and it has been this way for 4 years that I know of. Likely this is because of equity options which have 1c intervals but still, it is untradeable for futures options.
