Hi,
Have question about Incoming Market Data Throttle in BlackBird. iF I understand it correctly its type of delay?A lower value increases how often BlackBird is updated, and may impact NinjaTrader performance. A higher value will decrease how often BlackBird is updated, and increase NinjaTrader performance. The value is the number of milliseconds that BlackBird waits between updates. The minimum value is 200 (ms). That means if i received signal first delay will be 250ms by NT8 chart update and than blackbird another 200ms for executions total 450ms. Is this correct?
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
It is my pleasure to welcome Jeremy Tang @ SharkIndicators for our 376th webinar event, on Thursday, January 23rd @ 4:30 PM Eastern US.
The title for the event is "Automated Trades That Mimic a Human Trader", and bullet points include:
Discretionary traders think auto traders suck, and vice versa. You're either team discretionary or team auto. But what if we told you it didn't matter. That you could have the best of both worlds. Regardless of your viewpoint you'd want to trade with the most sophisticated tools at your disposal, right? That's what we set out to build with BlackBird. Come see for yourself.
- Discover why the BlackBird trade manager has become an indispensable component to so many traders' toolkits.
- Learn why the entry is only a small part of the equation of a successful trade.
- This will be a focused demo session followed by an open Q&A.
I own some of their other indicators, I have never had a problem with tech support. Very timely, sometimes after hours I will get a response also. I would suspect, your email was lost in the shuffle.
I used the support form that they have listed as a way to contact technical support. I'll try sending one directly to the email address. At least I can track exactly when I sent it...
I use Bloodhound and Black products for several years now. They always get back to me if I have questions. Plus They have work shops every thurs. and friday where you can ask questions
I've been with SharkIndicators since they began promoting BloodHound(setups) and Raven(trading) some years ago. Took Blackbird(trade manager) more years of development. I always use the [email protected] for questions, although they do prefer a trader to use the support form because answers can be categorized and viewed by anyone in their forum. I have found using the email gets quicker responce, i.e. same day or within 24 hours. Questions relating to Bloodhound template configuration can be asked on Thursday and Blackbird on Friday. Registration for their free webinars are on their website. Of all the trading companies I've delt with in decades of trading I give them an "A" rating.
