Though we have spent considerable effort to build the station and concentrate daily on using it, perhaps the most important time each day is taking a break to stretch, take a walk or hydrate.
One of my favorite pieces of equipment at my station is this little bamboo timer cube that can be flipped to beep in 5, 10, 20, or 25 minutes to remind me to break and rejuvenate. Bamboo timer cube
