@artemiso
I'm not going to be upgrading from IQFeed until end of this year, so I'm still investigating options. Anyone who you can put me in touch with in Boston would be great. Thanks!
A Telco issue caused EUREX to be down for about one hour yesterday. We are working on recovering the data, starting with DAX and other more popular contracts.
We are always looking to add exchanges, but we have to make a business case to do it. It can cost $10,000/mo to add a new one, so we need to have demand from customers. Please email me with your name and requested exchanges and we'll add them to our list.
Once we have the stocks data we will of course calculate and provide the metrics.
When we add a new exchange it will likely be available for Kinetick users as well.
I'm unable to display some of Iqfeed's market stats such as JT6T.Z and JT8T.Z using Ninjatrader. Others such as JT1T.Z and JTNT.Z are working fine. I looked around for a solution and found this link:
Unfortunately the settings suggested here did not work for me, so I'm wondering if there's an alternative approach. I'm also not sure if it's a Ninjatrader or Iqfeed issue, so I went ahead and posted a comparable help request here:
In Ninjatrader, when I click File>New>Chart and select the new instrument I created (e.g. JT6T.Z and JT8T.Z), I'm presented with a blank chart, no error message.
I can forward your question and screenshots to IQFeed Support and act as an intermediary, but it would be more efficient if you will email [email protected] right now. Curtis is working support until midnight and he's very familiar with NT. You should have a reply within the hour and hopefully resolution soon after.
