I had a very large drawdown, close to 50%. Made some very stupid mistakes there near the end of the Gauntlet.
Luckily they understood my situation and gave me a new Gauntlet, which is going very wel.
Currently i am at 16,05% return and my drawdown should be below 5% if my calculations are correct.
Assuming my results stay the same until the end of the Gauntlet on March 9th, i will be receiving a much better offer this time.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Done for today, a few nice moves in NQ however ES has been in a 7 point range the entire session so far.
I was hoping for a test of the 2760-55 level to find some support there to push the indexes up, might happen later today.
I guess this is what I don't understand. You didn't do that bad based on your trading journal. Where did you drawdown 50% under the starting balance? Just curious what went wrong to get a 10K 70/30 offer.
At the end of the Gauntlet i stopped doing daily updates since i found it a distraction, pressure to perform well.
However that was just me seeking excuses for my mistakes. Everything went wrong in the last week or so.
No real explanation for it, just stupid mistakes ..
I rater focus on my current Gaunlet
oh ok. I understand. It confused me because I didn't see any errors that looked bad to get that type of offer. Im hoping to get a full 25K offer with 80/20 split. Your current Gauntlet looks great.
4 trades today, all 4 trades where done with 2 contracts, 2 winners, 1 losers and 1 break even.
Total profit for today $504,48. Could have made more since i actually should not have made the losing trade, i only noticed afterwards, my mistake.
If i my calculations are correct my return right now is over 20% and my draw down is below 5%, the 4:1 profit to draw down ratio they are looking for to refund a Gauntlet, however i already got mine for free
Still 13 trading day's to go before the end of my Gauntlet.
