Hello Mojokix welcome and hope you start the new year off on a good note. If I have any advise for you on CL is take your time with the transition, there are a whole lot of people on here including me that trade Cl and its a quick instrument. So take your time and study the movements. Sim until profitable on Cl consistanly before going full throttle. Just a quick heads up.!! Enjoy everything BM has to offer.

I just joined and after clicking around a bit, I must say a big THANK YOU to Big M and all who have shared their knowledge, insight, and experience here. This is one greatly run forum.
I'm getting up in "Life Experience"; will be 65 in a few months. I started trading in Jul of 1987 and had my baptism in an option's greeks during the crash. Made 6 figures profit with a modest account and gave it all back within 3 weeks. What you may have read about blowing up your account, knowing yourself, etc; most of the mistakes in trading I have done. Expensive tuition.
I'm currently looking to get back into futures and options on futures, especially the currencies and bonds. I did some spot FOREX but when the CFTC changed the rules, I said "Adios."
Looking forward to what I can learn and maybe give back in this forum.
I am primarily a software developer. With experience in developing trading systems.
So I figured why not try and make a little extra money, learn some things and have fun while doing it.
I am working with Ninja Trader but itching to build some custom C# apps
Hello to all. I found futures.io (formerly BMT) a few days ago, and am pleased I did. Just joined the "elite" group, and looking forward to participating as my skills allow.
I've been trading for either 1 or 2 years, depending on whether you count the year in 1994-95, when I spent all the time and money I was willing to spend. Didn't think I'd come back to trading, but a year ago I closed my business and made the decision to come back.
I'd like to say I'm consistently profitable, but.........not quite.
I trade US equities only, using NT7 with a couple of indicators, and a direct-access broker (Genesis/Laser) and level 2. I execute on the level 2, and have a little skill in 'tape reading', but need more.
Hey, everyone.
I'm also new here and don't know much about trading yet, that's why I came here - to read and learn. I hope we'll all get along

Here is another newbie in the Forex trading Arena. For 8 months I have undergone training after training, bought robots and try systems that I come across.
Recently, someone advised me, it is not the systems nor the robots, but the trader himself and his discipline, that makes him a success or failure.
Hope to gain and learn from the experienced traders in this forum
