Sorry Traders
I was busy reviewing my trades, will share some thoughts after i done a thorough study on the impact after i revised my approach since mid Aug.
non reg session i shorted Crude but didnt work out, was waiting for long but the break was too fast too furious to catch.
something little unusual happen to my indicator, the navigator ( MACD looking oscillator), i am checking with the vendor what exactly it is. and bcz of that little unusual appearance, i didnt want to take the position on NQ n ES ( both to Long! ). anyway, always good to learn that despite 2years trading, i have encountered new issue. just got to make sure i really learned and keep it in mind.
attached the details.
cheers
DarrenC

Hi Traders
Today only plan is to look out long from Crude during reg session. was waiting for a pull back but this hourly bar doesnt pull back a single tick after open. so i didnt manage to catch anything so far.
another possible signal come from energy market also on natgas
Hi Traders
another 3 markets with possible setup to trade:
will have to wait for another 3 hours for my h4 to close.
fyi, my h4 bar built base on session hours, meaning it is NOT closed on natural hours, i.e. 0800/1200/1600/2000/0000
my h4 actually closed after 4hours globex session open
just personal preference. no actually backtest or whatsover theory to support either one is superior
Hi Traders
A prop trader i happen to chat with, he said trader are hard blue collar labourr with white collar pay. I think that make perfect sense. we spent hours in front of screen, physically mentally exhausted ( assuming we are diligent enough) doing the same thing (assuming we are consistent enough).
Happy Labour day!
i haven gotten a white collar pay since i started trading full time. I am not sure how long more i can have my ahhaa moment and break through this, i hope it is not too soon or at least before i have to get back to the workforce for a slow to no growth pay.
quick summary as nothing much done last friday. with plan today. Crude is playing out so i m in the game now.
Hi Traders
I m kinda late so i combine both summary and plan
basically last night i only focus on crude, build up 4x Long but out 2x, during london hour i added 1 more before the break.
attached details.
other than that today i m looking at ES Gold and EC, pretty much similar story carried forward from yesterday:
and copper also worth to look at as it is on the move and i expect either continuation or correction ( no brainer again):
those usual markets but not mentioned here ( Soybean, wheat, NQ, ZB, natgas and sugar, coffee) are not in good sync on my h1 and h4 so not much to anticipate
Hi Traders pop up before i sleep, i think natgas is getting very intersting, if what i anticipated play out eventually, i will love to take a long signal.
