Our tmpfs for postfix was at 0 bytes free space on a 4GB ramdisk, causing a problem with mail delivery. Over 15,000 messages in the queue.
It is unknown if mail has been lost, but it is highly likely there is some lost since there was no available space on the ramdisk. This means you may not receive some of your email alerts from the last 48 hours or so. You may get them, delayed, or not at all. This will vary from user to user because it is random based on whether or not the message was queued or delivered immediately bypassing the queue.
Unknown why the queue grew this large, this has never happened in the history of the site. For now, I have doubled the ramdisk size to try to ensure this never happens again.
At any rate, the queue will be fully unwound in about an hour. So whatever email we have for you will be delivered in that period, more or less.
I crafted an email to send to everyone letting them know of this issue. During that send, the server burped and it caused a couple of duplicate emails to be triggered for about 8,000 users (happened so fast I couldn't stop it).
So in the end, some of you will be receiving multiple duplicates. Apologies...

I did get the webinar mails and it appears that I am getting mails for subscribed posts again. I did not get any other missing older mails so far (for subscribed posts and the daily mails for subscribed forum posts), but that's fine with me.
