One of many new improvements in futures.io (formerly BMT) 5.0 is the ability to follow new content. Not just follow threads, but you can follow Downloads, follow Users, and I plan to also get the webinars category organized, so it means you can automatically follow new webinars or only ones of a specific author or category.
When you follow a user, it means you would get notifications when they post new content. All notifications are fully customizable.
Yes, although it will no longer be "required" for browsing on mobile/tablet like it is more or less today. That's because the current site is not responsive (not optimized for non-desktop experience), but the futures.io (formerly BMT) 5.0 launch will be responsive, and therefore you could browse on your phone or tablet w/o Tapatalk and retain the experience.
Still, for those that prefer Tapatalk, I plan to have support for it in futures.io (formerly BMT) 5.
ya been following along with that. they have had some issues and they were coming from IPB. hopefully the you can get some good dev for the VB conversion!
