I am a relatively new trader. I have been simulation trading for 12 months and planning on going live within the next 30 days. Just started the entity paperwork yesterday. I found this website, and by far, it is the most informative place I have ever been to. Thanks Mike.
One thing that I find strange about myself, however, is that most people seem to be in love with one indicator or another. I prefer not to use any. They just add noise. Through my simulations, I just 'see' the trend and go with it. Works most of the time (over 70%). I guess we'll see how that translates to real live trading!
Hi Mike.
I'm full time employee and I am new to the futures trading .I'm glad to be a part of all this. You've done an amazing and wonderful job on the blog, indicators and now the forum Thank you
I've just joined the forum from Bar Beach, Australia. Mainly interested in trading the ES morning session. Currently using NT. Looking forward to participating in the forum. Thanks all.
sitting here in Munich just started trading 3 weeks ago and I feel very much lost with all those trading plattforms, brokers, data feeders, strategies, market trends, indicators, money management, books about everything, internet with much more, and me standing in the middle of nowhere looking for some good additional income.
Can I please go post this line on every other Trading "Community" out there!
Hello, All:
And, thanks Mike, for creating a site predicated on the idea that ideas are more important than egos. I've been to other sites (we all have) that are filled with naysayer, negativists, self-promoted vendor police and those who generally troll the forum looking for any new idea to slam, or those who believe that their "online credibility," is determined by how many posts they have on record, as opposed to the content and substance of the posts made. I quite frankly, am sick and tired of those kinds of forums and the moderators who continually allow and in some cases, even support that kind of behavior.
So, to this forum I say: Hello World! And, to the idea that a Trading Community should in fact be a Community, I say, bravo! Keep up the good work.
