I am flat on tick div, but just fat fingered my exit then and hit the bid by accident at worse point.
Anyway, pleased after yest:
Main thing am happy with was:
~ patience
~ good risk management
~ entries for the add ons - used hard stops of 1-1.5 pts, as aware of another test of lows.
I may look to reload below, and fade 2209 level but will have to be great rr with only 2 lot.
Back to normal? Hell I wish I would say this was normal. Give it another year, then maybe.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?

you are right, A down/up significance is dependant on the
context ,
a_down (2
points from the OR low - which is first 5 min candle from
RTH open) is for me at 2202.25
i would mark a_down as in play because we pushed a fair bit through 2202.25 and have spent some time below it
but the context is
bullish as you rightly say, so for me to actually start trading the
short side i would need it to push through 2198-01 area
the way i view it, a_down/a_up is intraday timeframe control, if this conflicts with higher time frame control then i will be cautious and will usually stick to the higher time frame
bias , i.e.
in this case buying dips through the 2sd until 98 is breached properly.
that is just hwat i am comfortable with, some people will be happy to start banging on the short as soon as a_down takes place, whereas i like to place emphasis on the bigger picture for my directional bias
agree totally. And think only times i have seen it is when its very obvious as big vol is involved, and it only retraces back to +/-SD1s.
Not sure if you pay much attention to flags but the PnF on RTH looks great:
...extension to 2220s.

well, i am short here, was tick div but not looking so good now.....low vol maybe the only thing keeping me in this.
The new highs but unable to hold above was the PA reason. But i really dont know, it prob has time to stick in another HH to screw me/retail up.

this is basically a punt on a range day , which its beginning to not look like.
its c_up now also, which is strong for tmrw.

short es now 2009.50 (hope not making a mistake with 2 contracts ) eventhough there is no termination of contracts at the highs.. so need to keep an eye on it.
