Thanks for sharing your journey, I find that most trading setups work best in particular markets. If we can find a good trading setup for trending and/or range/consolidated markets and know when to use them, it should hopefully cut out some of the losses. Some are unavailable due to news/reporting, but any advantage we can get helps.

mostly I trade during trending and active environment

NQ crash while I sleeping

I try do swing trade but I need to risk my whole account to do that

when failed swing then my account will suffered tremendous loss

if my intraday scalping works, I don't need to take that kind of risk

I can sleep well without holding any position and worrying any sudden news event happens

intraday trading allow me to do assessment of gains and losses on a daily basic, whereas swing only can judge the result after a month or a quarter and my account size too small for swing trade

intraday trading is a bit similar with the mindset of a day job worker like me. You get your feedback after a day work

morning first trade

losses always will be there
it's not possible eliminate the losses from your trading

consecutive losses also the same
it will happen from time to time
especially when something bad happens outside the trading
it will subtly distort your trading decision

I'm just a human being
I'm not perfect
I will make mistake
I will make terrible mistake too

that why it's important not letting a single trade force you out of the game
sadly i still need keep my day job
luckily i still have my day job

don't too confidence on your A++++++ setup
it's will be broke just like that

and A+ setup will profit in a few second easily

last week I suffered massive loss
it's because of the eager for revenge after multiple small losses
I bet on the news event after multiple small losses
trying cover all losses at once
it's a shame for a trader
it's totally irresponsible for a trader to do that
I'm feel sorry to myself
