my weakness in trading
1 catastrophic loss happens once in a while
2 overtrading
3 adjusting stop loss level

I'm fully aware that I need to fix these issues ASAP if I treat trading as my career.

I'm still working on it ...

Read everything from Mark Douglas. He has some good ideas about controlling emotions.

thanks for the recommendation

sometimes it's hard for me to did the right things or follow my rules even I deeply understand the reason behind

especially the inner "me" always drive me to prove myself (that I'm productive) to my friend and family thru trading ...

I well know it's wrong and it's lead me into a very dark place

now I try limit my trading hour per day
now I try limit my number of trades per day
now I try limit my max loss per trade

This is a routine that works for me. (Attached PDF)

One of the key things is to record trades and then review them at the end of the session.

I can see what I did right and what I need to improve.
I also replay the day at 2X or 3X speed.
Because I only trade from the US Open for one hour or until London market closes.(lots of momo) The replay only takes a few minutes. It also helps that I just traded this market and I KNOW what is going to happen. LOL But it makes me a better trader.

It is an indicator system that is posted on NexusFi.
It is very good for scalping.
(It is not my software)
