For whatever it's worth, it's been working normally for me all through these changes; no idea why the difference. I'm on Chrome also (Version 74.0.3729.169 (Official Build) (32-bit)).
Last night while not sleeping (lol), I considered this a bit more and found another scenario where if you logged into computer #1, saw the popup, but did NOT REGISTER --- then later logged in to computer 2 (or different browser on computer 1), you would once again see the popup.
I have a fix in the works for this scenario, which will truly ensure you only see the pop-up one time, regardless whether or not you register.
As it is this moment, so long as you actually register, you'll only get the pop-up once no matter what combination of computers/browsers you use. I'll add the other functionality as soon as I can.
As mentioned in the thread, I will implement a way to "opt out" as soon as I have some time to do so (today if possible, otherwise next week as my wife and I are taking a quick weekend trip to relax).
WRT the size of the pop-up, it's to accommodate our graphic. The graphic is important as it contains the event summary. Without utilizing the graphic, it would create a lot of additional work for me to hand-code the popup. As it stands, it's automated upon creation of new webinars.
Added some reject-list checking with Mandrill thanks to the edge case scenario discovered the other day, so now password-reset emails also double check to remove the rejection blacklist w/Mandrill, which should solve issues if someone was trying to reset their password but previously marked us as spam --- causing an automatic 365 day suspension of delivery of emails to their account.
Scroll all the way to bottom where it says "show the chatbox yes/no" and ensure it is set to yes please.
Please send me a screenshot of the homepage where I can see exactly how it appears on your side where the chatbox should be (be sure that "missing" part is in screenshot).
