We found four or so small trades to make in our live room, all winners as far as I can recall. It definitely takes more focus to pull trades out of a market like this, but it can be done! Have you played any more with vr4x1? It's such a big help in identifying which direction we will come out of choppy areas.

I am still playing with VR4x1. Right now, I have already incorporated EOT's Allas Average into my charts and am loving it. It's a fantastic trend-following indicator.

I am trying to get VR4x1 on top of price but having some issues with that like we talked about in email. I also am playing with your Xavg version.

The last two to three weeks I have been giving all my attention to ZN, the 10-year note, and have stopped looking at the ES. I am really happy I am doing this, the ZN has been fantastic. However, I'm having to "brave it" with the EOT settings because while the recommended settings work great on ES, they need tweaking on the ZN, which is to be expected.

Took two ES trades today. The ZN was slow. +3 and +8 ticks.

The first was a MML bounce, not a normal play for me, so had very tight stop and target, got 3 ticks on it.

The second was in my playbook, a long failure when the big picture trend is down. I entered based on the long failure on my medium chart.

I stopped trading the ES and ZN today after hitting my daily goal, and also stopping at lunch time which I prefer to do.

On your attachments for ES09-09 , do you have a template of that chart with indicators and where can I get that? I am new to trading ES and new this forum. I have been overseas working. I am using the latest NT7 with Amp trading. Thanks alot for your time .
