I'll clear it up. NinjaTrader support uses their 3rd Party vendors to generate business. They don't screen the vendors for qualities such as fairness, honesty or integrity. That's up to you. As mentioned, in the future, always use a credit card to make any trading-related purchases. That way, if you don't get what you ordered, you will absolutely get your money back. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply. Tipicaly the strategy works. it is rather complicated task, but he did it, but it has two problems:
1. Sometimes, very often actualy, after a position is opened, right after it closes automaticaly.
2. Sometimes the strategy crashes and causes huge overfill which tipicaly would lead to a huge loss
I talked with another programer, who asked me about 3 times more money than this one, and he said that most likely the problem is in the core of the strategy and that managed orders are used, while in my case unmanaged orders should be used, so most likely to fix this, the strategy should be coded again, but I am not sure, since I don´t know what orders are used.
Thanks for your reply, the credit card is a good idea, I will definitely have it in my mind.
My mistake was, that I was overconfident in him and I payed the whole sum from a good will. Otherwise I would lose eventualy only 315$ and he would keep on with the project untill the end, because otherwise I would not pay. The mistake here is definitely mine and other people never should pay the whole amount in advance!
I would apreciate if someone who is very experienced in programing can help to fix it.

To prevent this from happening again you can make use of a service that helps you to find a consultant to do your project. Years ago i used a service rentacoder.com The name changed to vworker.com
You can choose a consultant from a very big list or you can place your project on the site and wait for a consultant to contact you. You can view how reliable the consultants are because they are given a score for their previous projects. The money you are willing to spend on your project is placed in escrow. The consultant is payed when you are satisfied with the work. If there is a problem the site owner will decide who is at fault and you can choose another consultant.
Any feedback from Mark Whitmark ? He asks a lot of money, but he seems to be very professional and experienced in unmanaged orders and overfill handling..
I posted a thread about the unscrupulous BS that NT does. They DO NOT validate there "partners" in anyway.. I would NEVER BUY anything from the snake oil junkware MF'ers on that site. You mine as well join school of trade for freak sake. JMO
