It looks like the floor of the South Korean stock exchange. The people pictured are probably specialists making markets. Nevermind, I see on the monitors it says KEB. Probably the trading floor at the bank.
Thanks for sharing. I may be an isolated case, but I used to use blue-blocking glasses, specifically designed for computer use. After about a month, I fell into a deep depression (like scary self-destructive depression) that I couldn't shake. I made no correlation between using the glasses and my depression. Then I realized it only happened while working at my computer. I think lack of blue-light was causing my depression, kind of like Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
Anyhow, I stopped using them right away, took a walk in the sun for about 5 minutes (to get some high quality blue light), and my depression vanished. It was pretty dramatic mood shift. I never used them again and the depression never returned.
Again, I may be alone here, but I always caution people about them. It's a shame, because I really like using them and found them effective.
I would suggest taking vitamin D and spending more time in the sun if anything the blue light from computers/phones/tablet are on a different wave frequency then light from the sun and will have negative affects. The light we get from computers is obviously not natural. Spend a month without any electronics phone/tv/computers and your body will get back into a cycle of waking up at sun rise and falling asleep when the sunsets/ shortly after. Our bodies for thousands of years have relied on the sun and it does wonders when you get back into that routine.

Totally agree. I do use Twilight on my phone and tablet and use the built-in Windows Night light feature that allows me to adjust the amount of blue light I get while I work, especially at night. Thankfully I work at home so I am able to take walks pretty much any time I want.
