Hello, I am using Excel with XLQ plugin for extracting daily data from yahoo and intraday from IB. I was wondering whether there is any magician who is able to program a way how to automatically send orders from Excel to TWS. Thanks and successful trading. Hana

I'm using API from TWSLINK from Trade Commander ** to transmit order to IB from Excel. This is not a system. You need to code your own macro in Excel.

With it, I'm sending my order with the entry, stop, and take profit, comment to be written on the order etc. All is done in Excel. Order do reside on IB server not on my pc after

** I'm not linked to them other than using and paid there service. This is not a free tool and I have to pay annual fee to use it.

I used the TWS and API for pair trading and I stopped trading them last year so do not need any solution right now.
