This morning I had an issue with
CQG dropping the
OCO server. but leaving the data server running.
I assume they are two separate functions.
I would get the " Connection Lost" prompt, but data would still be charting . Access to orders would
be denied.
It cost me a pretty penny.
I would also report to NT, the CQG OCO is in beta , so this could also be a bug on the NT side...

Usually market data and orders are managed by two separate servers thus NinjaTrader manages multiple connections. If you receive a connection lost then it would be expected that you would have no access to orders since the physical connection has been severed. If you experienced something different and specific to OCO orders, please do submit this information to our support team as the OCO portion of R12 CQG interface is in beta .

Yes.... It is clear that the OCO portion of the show went down triggering "Connection Lost".
The charting portion remained current even though the Connection lamp in the Control Center
was the dreaded death red.
Is there any need to report this problem to Ninja? I can't be the only one.

There is no need to report as this is a valid scenario. It is plausible that of two established unique server connections, one is lost while the other is remains live.
