When I started the thread I was hoping people would post/share examples of the visualizations they use.
I do have one myself, howver with some blocks around accepting abundance, I was hoping others would share what they use. Perhaps if 20 or 30 examples were posted I might be able to improve mine. (I didn't want to post it so as to not stem the torrent of examples.)
This isn't what I use - just the outline of what it entails........
For my trading I have a few sets of imagery:
One is trading in the flow like an expert kayaker catching anticpating each turn the rocks and using all to his advantage catching every turn with effortless ease and perfection
In another I have a notebook with a set of tables where I look up values and times and it tells me where each turn will be in advance and perfectly so I am catching every high and low to the tick.
In a third I have a small office with a team of people each with a set task (doing an andrew's pitchfork, or certain retracements, of time formulae each callilng the results out to a central person would is co-ordinating and melding the estimates - like a control room.
-----------------
For the trading visualizations none are quite right. - though 2 occurs most frequently.
Well it's late and 3:30 comes early....
PS Perhaps some kind soul will ask Linda R what she uses or ones that others have shared with her, that she thought were really good. She should have some gems!
I been still working on this question.
I recent experience has gelled my desire to move.
In reply to a friends email I wrote:
Nearest town 20 miles away. No other homes on my lake.
Home by a beautiful lake, woods all around, out on my dock, have a coffee go
for a swim and then paddle around the lake with only the ducks for company!
Come back and check how many million my computer prg has made for me today.
Order another shipment of gold bars.
Plan my next trip
Hiking the Himalayas,
Whitewater the Ganges headwaters
Hiking and gold panning in the Yukon
Surfing in Hawaii
Hiking the swizz alps
..
sounds good!
I have written a small book on creating with the aid of visualization.
I the book I created 3 visualizations:
The first is the abundance - it has the home I would like and lifestyle and health etc.
The second is the way of achieving it - this is a visualization of myself trading with perfection
The third is myself being victorious - this includes what I will do to help the world with my wealth. A little bit like the longer term plan. So if part 1 is making $x millions via trading then this part is having brought forth my inventions in green energy, ending pollution, restoring the planet's health (reforestation, cleaning rivers and oceans and skies, establishing wildlife protection areas and so on.
One thing I got from a DVD of Jack Canfield on the Law of Abundance was that 1hour of inner work - meditation visualization etc is worth 8 hours of outer work - studying charts, building trading programs, screen time etc
Here is something from a self-hypnosis tape on abundance:
Allow your thoughts to roam upon the question,
"How is wealth created?"
and you will soon discover that all wealth is created in the mind and that every person who has ever created wealth has created it first in their mind and then proceeded to project into physical reality the mental images they have been nurturing and holding within their minds.
Here is a favorite...Writing Your Own Lifes Script....
Purpose:
• To teach people how to develop desirable mental, emotional, and physical habits.
• To help them confront unwanted patterns in life, including maladaptive social patterns.
• To assist in releasing those patterns and replacing them with more effective responses.
• To teach the fundamental Selective Awareness process.
In the self-hypnosis tape, after the relaxation part, he guides you through a visualization to release 5 basic fears and so clear the blocks preventing you from allowing abundance to flow into your life. These are:
fear of poverty,
fear of criticism,
fear of loss of love,
fear of illness,
fear of death.
Then in another part you are given suggestion to release and forgive anyone who has harmed you.
