1. Take notes.
2. Have your cut/paste ready and try to best guess which note/answer corresponds to question being asked.
3. Profit.
When high dollar value prizes are part of the equation, people are smart about how to win the prizes. It is as simple as that. I really hope to not have to say anything further about this, because it really dampens the whole spirit of, well, everything!
Mike will have to find a formula correlated with the latency for the participant .
I presume their were less overseas viewers, as it was late in Europe, and very early in Asia, and I'm note sure 150 ms overhead would have make a difference in the results.
In most prize webinars where I am giving away the prizes myself (like books), it works as follows:
prize 1 - 1st right answer
prize 2 - 2nd right answer
prize 5 - 5th right answer
But it is not always possible because sometimes the questions are too hard, or like the NT8 webinar, there were 16 questions so it is not realistic. Sorry.
Sam was in the webinar, and is in France, and he won a hat. And before I am accused of it being rigged, I had no idea who he was in the webinar (registered as 's s') so once again, NOT RIGGED, and as fair as it can be as often as we can do it.
My little niece was visiting so I had her watch the webinar and try to win a prize. Guess if a 10 year old girl can type fast enough, it can't be rigged.
at the beginning when Ray was saying the questions would be about the content of the webinar and the company I went to the Ninjatrader web page, clicked on the about us tab and read the key facts section. The locations looked to me like a question he would ask and I was right. It was a great webinar besides the prizes too. Looking forward to NT8
