Hi toughiee, NT 7 won't do it unless you code it yourself.
NexusFi has a thread where you can post an indicator request for free.
If someone decides to do it for you, then there you go.
Otherwise you need to fork over some $$$$ to have it written by a 3rd party vendor. There's an extensive list on NT site.
NT 8 does have a "candle" option but like it's more like a HiLo bar. Check out the 2 pics to see the difference.

This developer has created one version of PNF which i find interesting. It is free: Tick Reversal bars type is a simple volatility-based bars type.
