Six stocks is actually a pretty small list. In the height of earnings season (like we are approaching now) I usually have around 20 stocks in my list. That's not to say I watch all 20 at the same time. But if you have a quote monitor then it is quite easy and quick to scroll down and check chart for each one. I usually narrow it down to 4 or 5 which I like the look of and concentrate on those.
Two monitors: One with broker list of stocks and order entry and jigsaw tape > 2nd monitor with stocks and charts.
