I was looking at this monitor myself. Maybe this would help.

I use to have 3 monitor (not curved) all plugged into the Triplehead2go (from Matrox), thought playing games would be good, but after playing COD I decided to use 1 monitor, really couldn't stand moving my head from left to right!
I looked at the LG 34" curved at a Fry's Electronics and I wasn't that impressed as Linus on the video. I found the images washed off a bit maybe because of the anti glare coating. I normally prefer glossy though unlike most people. My dream monitor is the new Apple 5k, so I'm probably going to be hard to please for a while until the Windows world catch up.

Still wondering about the GPU requirements in multi-monitor mode.
You might even need a GPU for each monitor
Dell U3415W Connectivity
1 HDMI(vr2.0) connector
1 MHL connector
1 Mini DisplayPort
1 DisplayPort (version 1.2)
1 DisplayPort out (MST)
1 Audio Line out5
4 USB 3.0 ports - Downstream (4 at the back)
2 USB 3.0 port - Upstream
Since it needs HDMI or Displayport and not DVI you'll need a top end NVIDIA 700 series GPU to be able to run two and they are not cheap!
Even then with a NVIDIA GTX Titan the HDMI port would only be 30Hz. (The Displayport would be 60Hz).
