Basically once NT has focus on your machine whatever hotkeys you have set up with regards to NT you can make a button for that on the tablet version Android Splashtop software, I know for sure, and then just hit that one single button you placed on your screen to make NT do whatever NT hotkeys you set up. I don't think they have these hotkeys for the iPhone version for example but they did relatively recently upgrade the iPhone app for example and I can now navigate even easier. What I was looking to do on the Samsung tablet was use the middle mouse button and adding the hotkey add-on (whatever they call it) did the job.

I have not .... Would be interesting to see. I seem to have a bias toward what I already know and use in terms of software. I feel this way because with the learning of a new system its conventions and methodologies is a time suck for me and yet another way I can get distracted. But on the other hand if real benefit can be had it would justify it.
The only real issues I have had with Splashtop, I later discovered were in reality with Mouse Without Boards between my machines I run at my desk causing problems with the mouse and making it unusable. Now I know if it happens to login to the other machine and close out Mouse Without Boards and it's all better back on trade machine.

My issue with TeamViewer in the past has been they always consider me a commercial entity and right in the middle of a screen share with other traders I was doing/in I get disconnected and reminded regarding this. It was a few years ago now but I did tell them it was just little old me but maybe each time there is an update this gets reset to assume everyone is commercial or something because it seemed to keep doing it.
So I grew tired of them and used Joinme. This lead me to Logmein the owners of Joinme but once Logmein "logged me out" with their shenanigans I found Splashtop.

I still think Microsoft RDP client is a good option unless you also want to do some screen sharing or something.
I saw GotoMeeting goes crazy and use 100% of CPU for nothing and I'm not a big fan of TeamViewer with its way too short password.
With the standard RDP solution there is no man in the middle: your moble device -> Internet -> your desktop/server.
