Try Dell's new P4317Q multi client monitors. If you can't see the charts on those....you might need glasses (JK of course)

27" is small. Also wide screen monitors don't pair well unless you go vertically. A large 40"+ 4K TV will give the best results. 4k is only useful on larger resolutions. Another option would be to go with a 30" or 32" monitor. Quality wise 4k TV's are now better than most high end computer monitors. Unless you need multiple displays.. if that's the case maybe 30"+ monitor would be better.
