Nobody gets blocked, except you. There has to be a reason why it doesn't work for you (and why they don't answer your support request).
You are using 3 PCs meaning you choose and bought the "3 Machines License Option".
The reason I suggested to upload your Machine ID(s) is because there is a possibility that your Machine ID has changed. This might be the case when Windows is reinstalled, a major update is installed or after switching network adapters for instance.
You can try to send an e-mail to support [ » at « ] ranchodinero.com with you Machine IDs and ask them to check it.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
"Nobody gets blocked except you" clearly infer that you're in a covert mission or working for Rancho Dinero.
It would be simplistic to assume that I haven't sent multiple emails to support or to draw an opinion as to why Rancho Dinero refused to answer.
I did not upgrade nor move the installations to another machines and my machine IDs haven't changed.
Your putting up a defence for Rancho Dinero here speaks volume.
Let Rancho Dinero make up it's own submissions as to why they refused to answer to my queries.
At this moment, I'll submit a ticket for a licence transfer and we shall see whether you're correct in your defence or not.
He made a simplistic response: "nobody gets blocked except you", then he tried to blame me for not exchanging my machine ID (which is not the issue).
Clearly, he is on a covert mission for making baseless assertion.
I have nothing to take out against him, my gripe is with the vendor. If he has been sent to defend their scam, then I'll give him an appropriate response.
Before you respond, kindly read his reply to me and let me know if he is making sense.
I have repeatedly stated my case: My licence was blocked, Rancho Dinero refused to respond or refund my money.
Nothing said here impinge my assertion. Attacking me by saying "nobody gets blocked except you", is misguided.

That's the screenshot from Rancho Dinero.
Just to eliminate any further arguments, I agreed to be scammed for another $2.99 x 6 licence transfer fees.
According to the image you have 1 transfer in your basket and cannot add another one. That would make me think you only have one license. Your order should confirm that. Here is my last purchase as an example saying I purchased "Volume Profile Metrics" x 1 license. What are your orders saying?
You were not able to add any more license transfers to your basket, how then is it possible you paid $2.99 x 6?
Your question is inconsequential.
The crust of the matter is that I paid for 2 indicators (3 licences each) and it's not being authenticated because it has been blocked by Rancho Dinero.
I've sent several emails without a response from the scammers.
Your last purchase has hot nothing to do with my licence being blocked.
I repeat, I did not change my PCs, neither did I change my machine ID, so it wont be sensible for me to pay for a new machine ID or transfer a licence or licences.
Transfer...in plain English means "to take from one to another".
I am not transferring my licence as my machine ID hasnt changed.
