Hey guys... I came accross this ad this morning. I dont know much about the actual monitors but it seems like a pretty good deal as a startup for your desk. Tech.Woot

here's my current setup -
trades all done on a HP workstation with 6 monitors (I mostly really just use 3 nowadays, bought the 6 setup when I first began to trade as I thought the more the merrier ;-) ), an iMac for all internet/chat/forum stuff, and my business manager's (wife) pc which also doubles up as a spare trade station (with a separate mobile Wi-Fi connection in case).
I do have some laptops hanging around for when the sun is shining and I want to remote into my trade workstation from the garden although in London, that doesn't happen too often..!
Anyone have experience with Satillite Internet, like reliability when wanting to trade when on the road? (like in my RV in the mountains?)
Seen some sat recievers for TV, and 6 mps for internet, but I reason this is outmoded. The only other alternative is linking with a DSL or Cable at a campground hard wired...would prefer the independent route tho.
Maybe someone has addressed this on the forum under a thread with which I am unfamiliar?
There needs to be beach resorts or clubs for traders. All rooms with trading desks and monitor racks and laptop docking bays hooked up close to windows or on balconies facing the sunset oceansides
