Greetings everyone.
I have been trying to trade for a few years now. Started with stocks and was introduced to futures, which I like very much. Just when I think I have reached bottom and I am starting on the up swing, SLAP!
I joined more then a few days ago and I am just getting around to this. My bad. I looked around, DL'd a few things. Read/watched them. Then with trading and other things in life demanding my time, there isn't much time left. BUT! I will be back and looking for things to further my trading education.

About 7 years ago I started developing trading strategies using TradeStation, but today I prefer NT7 + IB and possibly IQBroker + IB (If that platform ever exists beta).
I make a living auto-trading stocks, but I sometimes venture into FX.

I am a Software Engineer by profession. I was ignorant about the financial markets until 3 years back when the markets crashed! That got me interested in researching/studying how the markets worked and what moves the price and I got hooked from day 1! So from last 3 years I have spent a great deal of time studying/trading the market(and still continuing: )) and I am loving every minute of it. In the beginning i traded Forex using full leverage - of course who doesn't want to make $10 per pip using only 2k . Well I ended up blewing account twice Now I only concentrate on trading YM. This is a great forum
