When the 'short term' SMI2 (thin lines) crosses up on the 'long term' SMI2 (Thicker lines) AND the 'bar' indicators are all BLUE - go long.
When the 'short term' SMI crosses down on the 'long term' SMI2 AND the 'bar' indicators are all MAGENTA - go short.
I'll be posting HGV8 tomorrow (Friday). Rjay coded an indicator that seems to give better signals without some of the inherent problems in the other 'bar' indicators that complement the SMI2 and LBR310. Good night!
After all, it's what you learn AFTER you know it all, that counts!
I tell you the T3AveraverageOverUnder for me was a nice addition. I added this into my framework today and tried it on the FDAX this am. It did very well to keep me out of signals until just the right time. If not for my own mistakes this would have been even a better morning. T3AverageOverUnder, is definitly a keeper! Thanks guys.
so i looked at the repaint issue, its not really repainting in the sense you think it is this indicator was written to be a moving average line on your chart and the end of the line changes color if set to calculate on close false its changing color untill it decides what the next bar is doing, and when we make it a hash and force it in a nice little strait line its not really lineing up on price like its suppose to so in reality 2 hashes is equal to the end of the ma line so when the ma changes color at the last min it repaints the 2 hash marks a different color...sharky
Boy, do I feel stupid. I didn't even need my "fix".
To remove the last bar repaint problem in the DoubleMAPaint_SharkyPkg Indicator for the Grail, simply comment out three lines of code shown in the code snippet below.
