It would be helpful if you could post a screenshot of the exact "rejected" message, that preferably shows the entire URL address bar and error message. There are no known issues, especially nothing existing for months...
If you could take an additional screenshot of your settings page right before pressing submit, so we can see what values you've selected for the upload attachment, that could help as well.
This has been solved by removing the ability to private message in chatbox. In eleven years, no one mentioned the username reporting was broken (shows the "from" name as "to" name) so I doubt anyone used it. Was hard to use anyway.
Rest assured, no one hacked your account or anything so dramatic.
I found the code where it was throwing the error to you. It's an interesting error... makes me ask, what operating system and what browser are you using?
You said this was going on for months? I just did another test and was able to upload a 4GB file. Also tested a 256mb file.
Could you please try a different browser but the same identical files to upload? Try Firefox or try Edge for example, if you are using Chrome.
Hi Big Mike.... I am using Win 10 Pro and Chrome. I get the error when just uploading the zip file. Then I saw your message asking what browser, so I jumped over to MS Edge.... Same error on both browsers. It could be my security or other settings..... I will mess around a bit and see what I can come up with....
, I just added some debug code to the upload script. So if you would submit one more upload test, it should let me capture some of the output and see if it sheds light on the situation.
