Vinny does not have a legal team, nor can he afford one
Vinny has a $30k tax lien on his house
Vinny has a room that is full of fake people
Vinny cannot trade and he does not show results. He does show results of 1 day where he made $4k. One day does not a summer make.
Vinny is about to get a MAJOR taste of his own medicine.
Vinny is about to lose his wife and kids - because of stuff that will soon come out about him
No court case has been filed by Vinny, despite Vinny's claims. He doesn't have the money
Vinny has a "member compliance" section on his site that he tells people what to do to keep their license
We currently have an active customer of Vinny's that is going to be poking him to revoke the license at which point the TX attorney general will be issuing an arrest warrant for Consumer Fraud
Basically - he's screwed.
As this unwinds - all the people Vinny has hurt are going to be extremely happy.
But the time has come. He has been contacted by his nemesis. He has been told what will happen next. FTC, CTFC have been contacted - but the real stuff is going to destroy Vinny in the same way he's been trying to destroy others.
If there are any victims of Vinny reading this; people that paid him money and then got their license taken away, please get in touch. This is consumer fraud. I have spoken to the TX State Attorney about it and they are willing to look into it if victims come forward. Don't worry about the timeline.
For the consumer fraud. It does not matter what Vinny made you sign or what his contracts say. All business transactions must have 'consideration' on both sides. Any contract that rescinds your license without a refund is not legal, nor is it enforceable. This is clear-cut consumer fraud. Petty theft.
You can PM me and I will help you with TX State Attorney or you can report the fraud here: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/
On the Futures regulation side - people can send a CFTC whistle-blower or complaint form here: https://www.cftc.gov/complaint or here: https://www.whistleblower.gov/ - you do not necessarily need to be a victim to be a whistle-blower and you can report anonymously. You can report the fraud or his videos claiming profits that are not real. There are many of these videos.
NinjaTrader still have Vinny as a partner. They should hang their heads in shame over this. He is using their licensing system. Complaining to NinjaTrader about his behaviour will help.
People are scared of Vinny. He is just a bully and is nothing to worry about.
Vinny is also breaking other laws. Mostly related to his "member compliance", which forces people to post reviews, often as a pre-requisite to getting their license delivered. That's for later. He is unlikely to survive the CFTC and FTC complaints. He'll go the way of Warrior Trading.
And remember, whistle-blowers can be victims or just concerned citizens.
I was days away from buying his program (thanks to all the fake pnls) when he banned me for repeating and agreeing with a comment he made. It was then I started to research more about him and found this thread. I was very lucky.
The retail trading algo vendor business model is based on finding and convincing weak minded people who have a false sense of confidence and a hidden underlying gambling addiction to trade futures.
These retail traders have the same mentality as these 2 guys:
Watch 23:50 - 26:00, Vinny has NOT shown any proof that he has been able to fix his trading strategies that have caused him to blow up accounts in the past or lose most/all of his profits.
He admitted that this happened when he first started trading. That's why a 2 year audited track record is so important (year over year performance through most market volatility regimes).
Some trading vendors will take huge risks and run up an account in the short term for marketing purposes by pushing the risk into the left hand tail of the return distribution. The risk will accumulate there into the future until the left tail gets so fat and the probability of a blow up is so high that the first market catalyst that occurs causes the account to go zero. You have been warned!
First off.. I don't know Vinny, or his system. But isn't this what ALL those educators are hiding?
I never saw an educator being completely transparent and providing an audited track record of their trades for the last 2 years or more ??
