Does anyone have an indicator that plots the time between tick bars? I saw a guy using one he developed that was pretty decent. He customized the time, but essentially he was using a very quick tick chart (125) and the histogram plotted something like this: if the time between tick bars was over 30 seconds, it would plot 0, if it was 15-30 seconds between bars, it would plot yellow and at a level of 50, and any bars printed in less than 15 seconds would plot green and at a level of 100. Can anyone make this tick counter indicator into a volume counter indicator?

I need a volume counter that floats beside current price.
