I am an avid reader and love learning about subjects that have a positive impact on the way I view myself and have potential power to improve my health.
One of these subjects is neuroscience. I am always fascinated by "hacks", or advice and guidelines that help me reach my goals and remain in optimal health. I am a big believer in the MED (minimal effective dose) concept.
Over the past few days:
- I have been watching some futures traders on YouTube, it's very fascinating to see how they trade 1 min charts!
- I've also been doing some reading, about different ways of mitigating losses/drawdowns.
- I've been using Naked Markets to build rules so I can automate backtests, instead of only manually backtesting. Saves a lot of time!
Did a lot of reading, from the Apex Trader Funding website.
Decided to begin an evaluation, I chose the 50k Rithmic evaluation.
Spent less time gaming.
One thing I have noticed -- you type the phrase "If you don't bet, you can't win" at the bottom of every post.
Did you know that you can add that as a "signature," which wiil automatically show it at the foot of every post you make, set off with a different color background, like the quote from Cervantes at the bottom of my post here. No typing.
If interested, go to "UserCP" (for "Control Panel") at the top of every page. Click there, then under "Settings and Options" click "Edit Signature" and type it in. You can also add an image under Signature Picture if you want, and then Preview and Save.
