lol - starting with a diet & healthy food -topic and ending with CurryWurst links & tips, where to get the hottest in town
too funny
BTW - only reducing food / calories is no real solution.
you gotta do more changes to get results like sports / training, changing some behaviors in your daily acting.
the combination brings you much better results and help you to keep them longterm.

If eating is a pleasure, as prooven by the Roman Empire, than go for quality over quantity (also try not to eat alone)
I gotta say, it looks quite tasty. In a disturbing kind of way.
Being from Aussie (well originally New Zealand), we do not have much a history when it comes to cuisine. Not like the french... so I don't think I will feel insulted.
When I go to the store I basically buy oatmeal, chicken breast, olive oil, rice, spinach, onions, bananas...soy sauce and sriracha when it runs out and that is it.
When I want something tasty I go out to a restaurant with a wait staff, never fast food.
I think in America we are not addicted to food as much as we are addicted to taste. If you eat bland foods for two weeks you start to care less and less about food and only eat when hungry.
You could just as easily lose weight eating 1800 calories of taco bell, pizza and chocolate as 1800 calories of the food above..the problem is you would never just be able to only eat 1800 calories of taco bell, pizza and chocolate through the day as far as average calories per day over a decent sample size.
Once a bowl of plain oatmeal with a splenda packet starts tasting ok, the weight will fall off.
The other really nice part is going out to eat then is an even more amazing experience taste wise.
