Hats off to Matt at Optimus. He recently bent over backwards to help with some issues that were happening with my system. These issues had nothing to do with Optimus but Matt helped me get them resolved. Most brokers would not do what he did for me.
I also recently tried Continuum for server side OCO but had a lot of problems with so went back to Rithmic. There was some stuff I needed to get done with Rithmic directly. Matt has great relationship with those guys and was able to get done what I needed very quickly. He bent over backwards to get me taken care of and I highly appreciate his hands on approach to customer needs.
Anyone looking for a Rithmic broker I can't recommend the team at Optimus highly enough.

Just a small update for the community: we have finally were able to launch a Rithmic
based solution for Mobile Trading for Android and Apple.
This could serve as a standalone trading platform or in conjunction with any platform that is
Rithmic driven. For example, you could trade on NinjaTrader but close your position on the mobile app as we can tie it up to one account.
Also, we would create instructional videos to assist the users with the different features. We should have more news next week about this.

I was in a Crude Oil trade at 6AM California time, when I received a phone call from Matt to warn me that I was trading contract in a Delivery month. My first reaction was “NO way I am doing that!” You see, I’ve been doing this for quite some time. But one glance at my position, I was so grateful that Matt called.
Thank you for paying attention to details for your customers. I am so glad I have you on my side.
I'm with Optimus Futures since Jan this year and so far everthing is running smoothly.
However today I had some connectivity issues and I got a bit stessed out. So I wrote an email on my backup PC
(WIN XP) to Matt and asked for help.
It did not take longer then 2 minutes and he replied on my mail. We then got connected on skype and he immediately fixed my problem (closing a pending trade).
To be honest its not what I expected. I mean a response in 2 minutes...
