We've reached that level i've spoken of earlier (right around the HVN of the year). If prices can hold under the yearly VWAP and last months POC (Black box on TPO chart), we could see a flush under to the DVAL of the year. Conversely this could be a potential swing low if prices can hold above that zone (TPO chart)..
FOMC release in a few min, things will be a little haywire, lets see where we come out of this and if the news will alter anything..

You must be looking at a different time period for the "Year",
I assume you mean for the last 12 months, not just the 2016 calendar year?
I ask because I have the HVN for 2016 [308 days] at 165'23 using a chart based on a "daily" timeframe of 1440 minutes, VAL at 161'01 VAH at 170'15
