My name is Bryan. Lost a lot of money and had to go back to work. i'm trying to learn as much as i can before trading again. it's difficult to spend a much time on here because of my job but i read the threads and watch the archives.
first thank you to mike for creating this forum. And thanks for all others who post mind invigorating discussion on different threads. There is a wealth of information here that i can see everyone benefiting.
I am a part time trader who work in algo trading field as well as trade for myself. while lot of what i do is maths/stats driven, it tries to use the same foundation stuff people use when trading using technical analysis.
it will take sometime for me to go through thats already discussed but hopefully soon i will be able to contribute something new as well.
I'm trying this forex thing again. I have blown up several small accounts over the 5 years. I think I have my emotions and money management stragety in tack, so I'm back at it again.
I'm backtesting some mechanical systems that I have found on the internet. I will try to post my results as I place the trades.
I have been trading on and off for over 10 years.
During the last year I have allocated a lot more time to trading.
Over these years I have read and studied some good books ranging from PA , TA and Psychology.
I am genuinely interested in markets, and trading fists well with that interest.
Im a new member too, and my primary trading is forex cash market and eventually futures. I do use futures volume in tandem with Euro and other currency pairs and hope to continue refining my system as well as grow as a trader.
Big problem for me: psychology ( knowing when to get out, and NOT get back in)
Thanks all, great forum from all the threads Ive browsed so far.
Been getting embarassed by the message telling me I havn't posted since I joined. Truth is, I don't have anything much that you all would want to hear. Lots of trading experience, about 10 years. But none of it good.
first I want to thank the developer and all other people for their contributions to the wonderfull community. Please take care the information traffic.
I am new to trading and learning a much. I hope to collect much informations as posible and to share the experiences to other users.
