Hi you missed the Main Question:
Let's say you have a "live" trading account and are not subscribed to any data package.
Where does one get the "Free" data for the BIT?

The $12 Market Data fee is for access to the CME bundle subscription. The BIT contract does not require that subscription and is enabled for all live accounts by default.

Is your Contact Support working on the NT site? I have submitted two requests over the past 24 hours on 2 different devices. I have not received a email that the requests were received or contacted by a support rep. After the submit case button is pushed it says the information was received. For past requests I have received a email immediately and have been contacted within a hour or two.

NINJA TRADER QUESTION: Will the new portal accept all of the indicator work we have purchased or will there be trouble adapting these many items we have purchased and created templates for ????????????????????
I cannot log in to the new brokerage portal. I tried to create a new password and username and I received the message "unrecognized permission code". What is this??? Support said some customers have this problem and recommended I try another browser.
I tried Chrome and FireFox These are common browsers. Why isn't this working? I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to access my account / money. I didn't request this, it was pushed to me.
This is UNACCEPTABLE. I tried all day to get this to work.
Was this new portal not tested before asking Clients to use it???
The portal is separate from your NinjaTrader desktop installation. It will not impact your indicators and/or templates. Sorry if I misunderstood your question.
