On the Noise bands, I would download but I don't use Ninja, so I'm making it on my own from scratch. I am ok with all the calcs but have one question.
I notice the noise bands and target levels are thick bands, rather than a single line like a pivot point or similar. Could you tell me how you calculate the width of the bands? I calculate the ADN number but that just gives me a single number. How do I expand that number into a wider band?
They are bands because they use the 10-day average and the 20-day average. On line is 10 days, the other line is 20 days. The band is the space in between...
I will most likely change this, display a single line and then add standard deviation bands.
I get most of my levels from Fisher subscription service. Typically daily analysis is split into 2 categories. Helms is last name of the person who provide human discretionary analysis based on his experience.
Computer: This analysis pertains to analysis of historical patterns by a computer.
General commentary and levels they think may be important. Info. is not of much help ( i still do not understand 30% of it) till one has lot of confidence in ACD.
Confidence only comes with practice. Levels are just a guideline.
trading box 99.13/pit low - 99.46/pit close.. a bit tight, took it a few times but hard to hold due to the tight range.. tough day tdy unless you took the failed A down..
