"Make threats" is a kind way of saying someone is losing it mentally. The dude obviously never sued anyone even locally, not to mention internationally. I somehow can't envision interpol going to Ecuador for a supposed breach of a 125 USD contract.
If he started acting this weird only laterly, maybe something was happening in his life and he was just venting here. Like illness, death of a loved one ... some people are not good at dealing with emotions, maybe he lives alone ... freaking out because of one ad per page is just abnormal. Doesnt mean such behavior should be tolerated.
I did the math. He made 4,000+ posts to his journal. He became unhinged over three days of nightly problems that caused downtime, which I took very seriously and apologized for. So 99.9% of the time he was able to post. My apologies or my response didn't matter to him, he just wanted the attention to complain.
