@CTS1, if we get to this today great, if not I will try to attend tomorrow and ask live.
The T4 mobile interface is pretty good. Primarily I would want to use it in an emergency situation--power goes out, and all I have is my mobile phone with internet, for example. I would think quite a few others would want to use it for that purpose as well. With that in mind, having a "Flatten" button somewhere would be a great idea. No fumbling with orders, etc., just log on and get out.
1. Nope. Still no good for me. NatGas M13-Q13. Quote is currently -73 bid, -74 offered. Try putting in a bid at say -78. It wont let you with the order ticket. This example isn't a big deal as I can use the scroll buttons. If my price is far away though, then it becomes a pain.
2. OK Sorry, I wasn't clear. Basically, I sometimes use GTC's far away from the current market (thus the issue #1). You're right that I can save the Advanced ticket type, but what I really want to do is save the field Time Type in the order ticket so I can select GTC straight away without having to go to the Properties drop down, click Time Type, go to the ticket, select GTC from the drop down.... I've tried selecting the field in the ticket, saving the profile/desk top, closing down, fire up, load the profile, and unfortunately, although I can select Advanced fields, Time Type isn't saved in the ticket. Are GTC's really Advanced? I would have thought your broker desk customers would be using these orders all the time.
I imagine these aren't high priority issues for you, but they would go a long way in making the platform that bit more user friendly.
