Try closing NinjaTrader completely, then launching MCDT, and then connecting to Zen-Fire - your problem seems to be caused by connectivity issues. Also note that, even though NinjaTrader is (forced to) disconnected, it still can 'hold' some part of the connection occupied. Better to make sure that it's not caused by this - then we can rule that out as possible explanation.
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
Just so I understand, it works in MC sometimes and not others? Or never works in MC? If never, check your credentials from the Rithmic/Zen Fire tab inside MC, as the credentials entered here are not retrieved from QuoteManager.
I would just use MultiCharts live chat support during trading hours, they can remote to your PC and identify the issue within a few minutes most likely.
Just now it works after start my laptop.
This is the same laptop which MC didn't work in the morning; the only diff is this morning I use my client's wifi (for their guests); tonight I use wifi in my house.
NT 7 worked in the morning, btw.
