Eliminated the google search word cloud on the bottom of the forum homepage. Google is moving everything to SSL, and as such the keywords that people search for is no longer transmitted when someone clicks on a Google page that links to a futures.io (formerly BMT) result. (we can't track it anymore, in other words).
There might be another way to do it, but for now I don't have time to look into it - so have removed it.
Minor change to webinars. Some users were reporting the webinars did not load. These users were behind corporate firewalls, the problem would not apply to a typical home user. I made some changes so in this case the media server will auto-failover to a different port.
Where the string between the tags "hwdz......NTB" is the long embedcode query string that you can see when you click the "Share" button on their player. You have to manually pull this string out of the query.
Guys, having a technical issue with our webinar server. Load is 20x higher than normal, trying to find the problem but it means the webinars are up/down right now.
I know there are a ton of people trying to view the webinar right now, so I am going to stop trying to solve the problem which requires a restart of the service every time I try something (and kills all the webinars). The load is so high it is causing the entire site to be very slow, and is causing some skipping on playback of all webinars.
I can't find the problem, so have sent an urgent request for tech support to the media server company, and am waiting for them to reply (likely Monday....)
You can find some of the webinars on our Youtube channel.
