after i return from holiday, i lost he north, do not prepare well, was in a hurry, not meditation, change things, risk more, and quickly go in the hole again, and this time i lost the motivation, and let it down
it was a hard job to recover from the hole the first time, and once i break rules it is easier continuing breaking them
i am debating between my plan with wide stop and long hold and big targets, and the results i have when i was scale out with small targets. it work best, but i am not believe in it and then hard to follow, main issue is got only a little % of the move with 2 lots 2p 4p
the results with aiao with large targets, show me a lot of on the table and end it down with lowW%
the goals table on the last day show the correlations behavior/result
i will continue tracking them

i find a issue with tendency to put on a helplessness situation, then, to lose money help that, risk 4 lots hold a lot a loser help on that
i will go more mechanical with targets to scale out to try to capture some on the way up
i will lose the freedom to add more lots,hold ,etc (against me) but in the other hand it will protect me against me
first stage
start with scaling plan tst 0 1500 2l & no news trade to match the lpt
max 3 trades p day or -12P/day
it is the rescue mode that i was able to recover from the hole on R2
but i will use it to start from 0
build next stage and add other scale out
and so on

it was not an exhaustion bar
the falling continue
i was trading calm 3 combine ago (the laast 2 only last 3days and 1 day)
step to step recovery from the hole
and the breaking bad comes when i almost have recovery and sudenly i fall again
and start increasing size, big step and down again
failed hard
and the last 2 combine were failed quickly beacause i was in a hurry to recover,
i need to find out a way to overcome the emotional issue with the recover, and follow the rules

discipline is the training of self control
it is important on the first stage to incorporate habits, later will not be necessary because it will be natural behavior
auto-control+ create habits
1- focus: create cycles habits that feeds positives outcomes (not pnl!)
habits require a lot of repetitions to get in
it is important to set prizes for my behaviors
my trading is giving me prizes for my effort?
and my discipline?
if i do not have nothing, then , for what?

1- effort with focus, do not lose time
2- focus on the present goal (be on the moment, now)

the prize must be something outside trading
8-attitude negative? hopeless? time to break, this is a marathon

10-what can i wait, once the effort start to show results, the needs of discipline diminish, then i must watch in that direction
i need to be regular with my practices of trading to get enough deep to build the necessary confidence to let me trade what i see.

i was doing some momentum trades on the test of 200 max per day
3 winners day and i feel like, yes , i can do it
of course the next 3 days were 3 x-200
what happens
i was practicing not trying to recoup and get emotionally
one good practice was
1w, next
1l
other and stop
1w ,2w, if 300gola stop
if 200 (locked) compulsory stop
but
when i down some
fr examople -125
or-62
i keft tiny amount to trade
i trying to cut quick if not work fast the trades
but
i lost good chances for winning and also big potential winners
and got trapped in some false break outs
then if i want to continue trading , i have tight stop
then worse trade
what have I done? how have i done?
i think i focus on btfd setup only ,i believe on it, i need to wait, i have more time to watch, be an observer, i am more patient waiting that, increase confidence, and a positive spiral, trading sim and live, i know the gap is big between them, and stop 12p min 1.5 atr15min, try to let it run and add if have momentum
i can see the capitulation and the big boys absorbing, waiting the second entry at key levels
i was doing several combine, test, practice, crafting, doing , and do not change things for several month, keep with es
follow tiger and mike and believe in go for long targets, i experiences all the pains
in the setup i was observing that the turns in swings is the similar ,more light and maybe can be better in trends
i passed the sim test similar to combine 30k, and i almost near the 3k/50k goal, next 6k/100k and 9k/150k my favorite150k
i am tracking my behavior, relaxations, and i am funded myself and i try to copy the sim, maxdll 600, 2lot, max d1500, goal 1500, i am happy, and i think is my 4win in 5 days in 3years since i started , and i realized what easy is to be a consistency loser it s early to say, i know, and other times i though similar but the present point of view , looking behind and forward is very different.

fantastic transition week, almost at be , found something to focus and be patient, the cobra way, wait wait and attack
for this week, my plan is :
keep the behavior goals above the 70%,
entry in the bottom /top, and add 1 lot on the first PB, and the 3lot in the second pb(well, better this 3 add for the next stage), practice the 1st pyramid in.
keep the 300 per lot goal
prize, i set the cinema daughter/wife travell
do not forget wvpoc mvpoc levels this week

my main issue, continue, want to be right, hold the loser and big loses
today i touch my life limit, and the hurt &all the necesary to continue has a limit, i think i have overpassed

Sorry to hear that you are planning to stop. It takes courage and resolve to do the right thing.
That being said, since you have identified the personal and psychological issues, you may want to focus on addressing the same. if you have a physical illness, you will seek help to address it. Mind is one of the marvelous instrument at your disposal, you identified problems with it, how can you just let go and not fix it ?.
It took millions of years for humans to develop a mind of this caliber. Emotions are our creative expression. Problem is not with mind or emotions, problem is with how we use them. It is like a surgical knife, in the hands of a good Surgeon it is a very useful device BUT very dangerous if one doesn't know how to use them.
Problems you encountered or what ever we perceive only exist in our mind. There is no meaning to anything that happens around us, how the market moves or a nuclear war. We assign a meaning to the meaningless events based on our conditioned mind or belief systems. This is why some events, a group may perceive as right while another may perceive as barbaric - based on their belief systems.
Your problems only exist in your mind. It happens because you assigned certain meanings to certain events and choose to act accordingly. The fact of the matter is, you created these belief systems and you have the power to change them. You are soo identified with the creation ( your identity / beliefs ), you forgot the fact that you are the creator and have the power to change it.
Remember, your current personality is JUST one organization of infinite possibilities. IF you were adopted by say some Indian parents when you were 3 and grew up in a different part of the world, you will have a very different belief systems and values. Most of your beliefs and values you hold as truth are not yours, society you grew up , cultural circumstances etc programmed it for you. They are not you, they are just programs and you can change it.
So please dont identify with your problems like need to be right or fear of loss etc. They are just beliefs and you can change them. All you need is a little distance between you and your thoughts. The ego identification which you hold dearly as truth will loose its power once you cast a little light of awareness on it.
A lot of traders struggle for the same reason. If you have identified certain unproductive behavior patterns, dont just work around it, deal with it and face them head on. I hope you take all the lessons you learned and work on to address them. It will help you in every aspect of your life, not just trading if you choose to work on it again in the future.
