Also you can learn that for a whole decade after the age of 14 he worked everyday to do something to get him into professional baseball. I think that same habit works well for trading too.

There's also another vice edition for the true story that inspired the show true detectives but I didn't post it because it may be a little offensive. But if you're a fan of true detective and aren't easily offended just search for it on youtube.

There are a plethora of remedies that occur naturally that many people aren't aware of that are even legal in the united states. My favorite one is probably Kratom which is a natural leaf that has similar affects to opiate pain relievers but also have some anti-depressant / anti-anxiety / energizing properties too. In my opinion it has the most benefits and least amount of drawbacks of anything I've found. It's very subtle and has some pleasing qualities which increase creativity and induce a slight dream-like state. It's not addictive and doesn't have any hangover like affects. The only thing I don't like about it is that the teaspoon of powder you have to take is a little bitter but can be mixed with a drink. I'd suggest it to anyone who has ptsd, situational anxiety or depression, chronic pain that doesn't want to take pharmaceutical unnatural drugs. It also works a little bit for people who want to go out and have a mood uplift and doesn't want to consume alcohol.
I recently ordered and tried this Free 10 gram Kratom Sample and got it shipped for free with the coupon code "free". A fair amount of kratom distributors will give away free small samples like that but it's hard to find ones with shipping too. That one has about 2-4 doses. But I suggest anyone who tries it to do their research and consult with a physician before taking it like with anything else. I've only done it a few times for pain relief in my back from pulling it but there's people who've taken it for years with little side effects along with athletes who do physical training.

Thanks a lot for this post Itchy. I take st. johns wort for mild depression because I'd rather not take prescription medication. It's also what they prescribe in Germany for mild depression instead of meds which I found interesting. I've never heard of this plant before now. When you took it for your back did you feel any difference in mood at all?
