I've been with Optimus for just under 2 months now and THIS is how all brokers should be. Matt and his team never cease to amaze. I am a C# developer and had some fairly specific requirements to make the switch. All I needed to do was give Matt a layman's explanation and he took care of dealing with all of the vendors. Speaking of vendors, Optimus is juiced in. If you have an idea, call and talk to them and they probably "know a guy" and can get a better price than you can as an individual trader. I've even bounced a few far fetched ideas around and Matt had a solution ready to go if I chose that direction.
I chose MultiCharts as my platform. I was coming from NinjaTrader and the videos on Optimus' YouTube page covered 98% of what I needed to get up an running within 1 week. I was expecting at least a month with the switch but once again, these guys were ahead of the curve. I let Matt know what my have to haves were from a platform and we got definitive answers on which platforms could do what I needed and which ones couldn't. Being a developer, some of my musts ventured into pocket protector territory so Matt forwarded my questions on to their developers.
I have always been with the bigger name brokers which take care of clearing in house so I wasn't overly familiar with how it worked. Matt explained everything as well as pointed me to some literature to ensure that everything was set up correctly.
I've changed execution on 2 accounts and it was as simple as a 1 line email. The next day, I was up and running on my new execution.
Miscommunications happen. Matt and I had one and he handled it like a true professional. Not only that, he went above and beyond to the point that my saying thanks just didn't seem adequate.
Matt and his team at Optimus won me over, period. In one of our conversations, Matt mentioned that they make money off of people taking risk and in turn, offer commensurate support. Their actions back up that claim.
Matt, I thank you and your team for all you've done.
I have been with Optimus Futures for less than a month. But don't let that fool you. Matt Z. has been a professional since the first day we talked over the phone. His team has been top notch and I have nothing but praise for them. I feel more brokers should follow there business motto. I have been with Ninjatrader before making the switch. I wish I had made the switch sooner!
Just thought I'd mention that I've been with Optimus for over 5 years and I have had an extremely positive experience with them. I had been with other brokers in the past, and as an experienced trader that heavily relies on fast execution and no technical problems, none of them were in the league with Optimus.

I know how much effort you have put into improving your method over the years and how seriously you take trading.
Above all, you actually trade and you provide this community with practical experience and advice. What you do here is priceless, and I appreciate that you are taking the time and effort to help others.

If you go over the supported platforms for Tradervue, you would be glad to know that there are free platforms that we also support with it. OEC, MultiCharts.net, Sierra (package #3), Trading Technologies, R Trader, and other paid ones like eSignal.

If you can support that would be great since the platfom support doesn't necessarily work for me. My trades are done from a variety of workstations using Sierra and trades can be opened and closed on different machines.

I have spoken before to the guys at Tradervue and they have been very helpful. We don't rely on support from any of the platforms and try to do all support in house (as much as possible).

I been trading with AMP/X-Trader Pro because of their transactional based X-Trader Pro fee. I made some compares of commissions/fees on your website compare tool and I have one question.
The routing fee and platform fee = 0. The compare tool donīt have built-in the transactional cost of using X-Trader Pro?
If the transactional X-Trader Pro use is missing please give me a quote for that.
Hi Ricardo, Thanks you for your question and may I add, you have chosen a good platform for trading.
I have examined our commissions calculator, and we do have the transactional X Trader pro integrated.
Just to be sure, I have examined the admin panel to make sure it reflects the right routing as well, and I am sorry if that was missing.
Just as a general statement since you have mentioned one of our clearers: We do not charge higher than our FCMs and may at times choose to charge you a lower fee based on the leve of trading that commit to monthly.
