OP, I do a reset and rebuild of my NT database every day. Also, the amount and periodicity of data and number of symbols you are loading will have an impact. I've found NT customer service to be one of, if not "the" best in the biz. and i would try again and work through your issues with them, preferably with the same guy each time.
