Ok, so I wanted to get back to you before the day ends.
If you wish to enable top of book on Sierra:
In the case of the CME (Chicago Mercantile Exchange), there are different exchange fees for market data with market depth and without market depth. For a description of market depth data, refer Open Market Depth Window.
When using the Trading Technologies trading platform service with Sierra Chart, it is possible to specify how many levels of market depth data you want to access. If you want to access only the best Bid and Ask data, also known as the top of book, then this is supported.
Follow these instructions:
Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.
Set the Other Settings >> Requested Market Depth setting to the number of market depth levels that you want or to Top of Book to access the best Bid and Ask data only.
........
Press OK. Full Description put by SC: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TradingTechnologies.php
Second, inform your broker that you have made these changes. I will PM you the email (I do not want to post it due to spam robots)
Lastly, just one small thing: Brokers, in your case AMP, do not charge you for the data. They only transfer the cost that is passed on to them by the data vendors. They will do anything to help you save on cost of data.
Both your broker and SC have spent time together today to get this done. Kudos to them as well.

This has always been my settings in SC, so I didn't need to change anything there.
Now off to AMP to see if they can do their bit.
Got your PM re the email address. Actually already had it and interestingly I only emailed them yesterday to change my CME data subscription package and asked in the same email if they could do Top of Book yet. They replied 'no top of book'.
However today I will go back armed with your detailed response.
